Corporate Planning Office
The Corporate Planning Office formulates management strategy for the Naigai Group and works with each department to support and coordinate problem-solving. While each department is a specialized “vertical” organization, Corporate Planning acts as a “horizontal” presence that crosses departments and supports the organization as a whole. At Naigai, we value collaboration and shared understanding beyond departmental boundaries, and we continue to build an internal structure that allows the entire organization to move forward as one.
IT Strategy Section
Centered on internal systems, this section handles IT overall and works to improve operational efficiency and advance DX. Strengthening information sharing and system integration with overseas factories, it seamlessly connects factories, customers, and the supply chain. We continue building the foundation to accelerate Naigai-style DX and deliver value to the world.
SEA Section
The SEA Section manages compliance with laws and internal regulations, including ensuring appropriate working conditions at factories. Where improvements are needed, it responds quickly and works continually to enhance the working environment. It has obtained ISO 9001 certification for quality management and maintains a standards-based management system while improving product and service quality. It also works to obtain and maintain Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) certification, advancing improvements in line with international standards so that recycled materials are properly separated and traced.
Sales Division (Sales Divisions 1–4)
Based on customer plans, the Sales Division works with customers to drive projects toward success. Carefully listening to requests, images, and concepts—and drawing out latent needs—it collaborates closely with the Development Division to propose optimal solutions in both function and design. Specialized teams are organized by category and area, and staff with deep expertise handle each project consistently from planning through production and delivery. Valuing speed and flexibility, they take responsibility for every case.
RD&S Division
RD&S (Research, Development & Spec) is Naigai’s development team, covering glove design, materials research, technical development, and the preparation of instructions for mass production. Working with Sales, it carefully listens to customer images and concepts and, as glove development specialists, proposes solutions for function and materials while supporting sample creation. Through efforts such as graphic expression with sublimation printing, it adds design value to gloves and expands the range of proposals.
Technical Division (Sample, Design, and Data Teams)
Working closely with Sales and RD&S, the Technical Division is at the core of product development—turning 2D designs into 3D samples through pattern design and sample making. Drawing on years of experience and know-how, it flexibly handles sizing and size grading for different markets and customer needs. During mass production, it prepares production materials and, when needed, conducts on-site product checks and technical guidance at factories, helping build a stable, highly reproducible production system.
Operations Division (Operations Section, Logistics Section)
After receiving customer orders, this division smoothly arranges materials from Japan and overseas and handles transport to factories. Experienced staff manage customs and shipping procedures accurately and promptly. Whether delivering products directly from local factories to overseas customers through triangular trade, or importing for domestic customers, the team responds flexibly to trade terms and strives for safe, reliable trade.
Quality Control Division (Quality Control, Shipping Control, and NILO Sections)
With production factories around the world, Naigai strengthens quality control to deliver consistently high-quality gloves. Working closely with each factory, it conducts quality checks at every production stage and guides factories in building systems and making improvements. Products shipped from headquarters are visually inspected by head-office staff for fine scratches, foreign matter, and other issues. A quality control base (NILO) in Indonesia also handles on-site quality checks, improvement guidance, and liaison work, maintaining stable quality locally as well.
General Affairs Division
To keep the organization running smoothly, this division handles a wide range of work related to company health, safety, and operations—including HR, labor affairs, hygiene management, and facilities management.
In addition to head-office finance and accounting, it oversees finance management for the entire group, including overseas subsidiaries.
