Seeking new forms
– Enjoying change and continuing to evolve –

Glove making is an accumulation of fine, complex processes. It is never a glamorous field, but I find enjoyment and fulfillment in pursuing that complexity and watching each part take shape.
Considering consistency and direction from many viewpoints—sports, music, philosophy, and more—continues to inform how I manage the company today. At Naigai, we respect each employee’s opinions and strengths, arrive at optimal solutions from multiple angles, and advance both company operations and manufacturing. Just as in glove production, I see my role as combining individual skills and strengths to create the best possible form as an organization.
Naigai has long valued enjoying change and continuing to evolve. As part of that, we began overseas expansion early in the glove industry. We take pride and responsibility in the management systems built by previous generations and the technical expertise Naigai inherits, and we are committed to protecting them. At the same time, we keep challenging unexplored areas and never stop updating. By strengthening both sides, nothing would bring us greater joy than knowing Naigai gloves quietly support people and help raise human performance. We will continue to face each act of craftsmanship with sincerity on the world stage and keep evolving.
