I moved to Kagawa after getting married. While learning about the area, I discovered that it was known for glove manufacturing. Having previously worked in apparel, I was interested in becoming involved in this local industry.
I also learned that Naigai had an international workforce. I thought it would be an opportunity to use my Korean, as well as the English I had enjoyed studying as a student, so I decided to apply.

My child hasn’t started school yet, so I currently work reduced hours.
I can adjust my working arrangements to suit my circumstances—for example, working from home when my child is unwell or using flextime to accommodate nursery pickups and events.

I work in the Sales Department, primarily handling production management.
From sourcing materials to managing delivery schedules, my work involves coordinating with several departments, so careful scheduling is essential.
I make plans with potential problems in mind, and it’s very rewarding when everything goes according to schedule.

There are so many warm, considerate people here that it feels like a family. It’s not just me—my colleagues often say that they never have to worry about getting along with the people they work with.
The company takes the time to listen to everyone’s opinions. I think it’s a very rewarding environment for people who enjoy taking initiative.
Women may find themselves reconsidering how they work as they move through different stages of life. But with the range of support programs available at Naigai, I don’t feel particularly anxious about the future.
It’s an environment where you can feel secure while balancing work and family life. I think that makes it a great place for anyone hoping to build a long-term career.
