turning work into a source of pride in life
Work is an important part of life that shapes who we become.
At Naigai, we are committed to creating an environment where every person can grow, find fulfillment, and take pride in what they do.
Because we spend so much of our lives at work, we want that time to enrich our lives.
That is our wish.
Naigai brings together diverse colleagues who transcend differences in nationality, gender, and values.
Each person is irreplaceable to us.
We support flexible ways of working that fit each life stage so everyone can perform at their best with confidence.

Nationalities
Working with colleagues from different nationalities, cultures, and backgrounds, we believe teamwork starts with consideration for one another. We respect each other and strive to create an environment where everyone can work comfortably and smoothly.
We take ownership of our work, think for ourselves, and act on our ideas. We want to grow together in the spirit of believing in our potential and taking that first step forward.
When faced with new technologies, values, or changes inside and outside the company, we approach them with interest rather than rejection first. We believe that curiosity is the driving force behind creating new value.
“Never give up—challenge is the start, failure is part of the journey.” Failure after a challenge is an important step toward growth. We value the spirit of continuing to try without giving up.
Always asking, “How can we make this better?”
We want to build on small improvements together and aim for the evolution that follows.
Enjoying encounters with different cultures and values. We want to walk alongside people who learn flexibly on a global stage, broaden their horizons, and continue to grow.
ORGANIZATION Organization
Performance evaluation system
We fairly evaluate each employee’s results, effort, and capabilities and reflect them appropriately in promotions and compensation. This system supports sustainable growth for individuals and the organization.
Certification support program
We support employees in obtaining qualifications required for their work and provide bonuses to those who pass.
Employees have earned certifications such as QC Certification and TES, and the program encourages ongoing development.
One-on-one meetings
Once a year, employees meet one-on-one or in small groups with the president or a director.
These sessions provide a direct opportunity to discuss everyday thoughts and concerns.
Mentor program
Employees can meet with senior colleagues to discuss work-related concerns and challenges with confidence.
Through dialogue, we support problem-solving and help each person grow.
Flextime system
Within monthly flex hours, employees can flexibly adjust start and end times
while observing core hours (10:00–15:00).
Remote work
When illness or unavoidable circumstances make it difficult to come to the office,
we support telework from home.
Shortened working hours
A program that supports balancing childcare and work.
Shortened hours (9:00–16:00) are available until a child enters school, and can be combined with the flextime system.
Childcare leave
Childcare leave can be taken from one month before birth through one year after birth. Available to both men and women,
we provide an environment where employees can focus on raising their children with peace of mind.
Health management support
We conduct regular health checkups and stress assessments.
When needed, employees can consult an occupational physician, supporting both physical and mental well-being.
Health promotion program
We use body composition analyzers (InBody) to help raise health awareness among employees.
We also run team step-count challenges, making wellness fun and engaging.
Lunch service
Twice a week, we offer prepared dishes, drinks, and desserts as a lunch subsidy for ¥100 per employee. Balanced meals are available conveniently on site.
Company dormitory
We operate “Dorm Circle,” a dormitory near the company, open to both men and women.
It offers a comfortable, modern living environment.
Time off
We follow a five-day workweek (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays off), with 123 days off per year.
Two Saturday workdays per year are covered by planned paid leave. We also provide Obon and year-end/New Year holidays.
Rent subsidy program
For company-leased housing and housing allowances, we subsidize half of rent (up to ¥25,000).
This program reduces housing costs and supports a stable lifestyle.
Refresh leave program
Once a year, we encourage taking five consecutive days of paid refresh leave.
Including weekends, up to nine days off are possible. Single-day use is also available when needed.
